Safety, health and environmental protection targets
Constantly promoting the environmental and safety awareness of all employees through communication, training and setting examples. Aim: Keeping the customer complaint rate during site inspections at < 3% related to the overall number of site inspections.
To reduce the SHE failure rate (failure of own NV-EnerTech employees) of 4.2% in 2007 to < 3.0% related to the number of projects (completed assignments).
Reducing the accident rate to 0% per year in the operational field related to the number of operational hours worked.
To continue providing permanent access to occupational medical care for all employees.
Aim: Informing all NV-EnerTech GmbH employees about preventive occupational medical care and encouraging them to have preventive check-ups, including this in the security pass and increasing the number of preventive examinations to > 30%.
Continuous SHEP training of the employees, having this carried out by safety experts at the working site, observation, monitoring and requesting training document.
Aim: Retaining a 100% level of training of all employees working on on-going projects by the general managers, site coordinator/safety manager and safety experts on site.
Seeing health and safety at work and environmental protection as an on-going task and permanent part of our work. Aim: holding monthly toolbox meetings relating to active environmental protection at the workplace as well as health and safety with operational personnel in conjunction with site inspections.
